Using this site
- By entering your information you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site — you can fill in the State's form yourself at any time.
- You may use this site to prepare a voter registration application for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to help them.
Who can register
- You must be a United States citizen.
- You must be a resident of the county you are registering in.
- You must be 18 by election day. You may apply from 17 years and 10 months old.
- If you are not eligible, do not submit an application.
What you promise us
- The information you enter is your own and is true.
- You will not enter anyone else's information without their permission.
- You will not use this site to submit false, fraudulent, duplicated, or automated registrations, to collect other people's information, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Giving false information on a voter registration application is perjury and a crime under Texas and federal law. That is the State's own warning, printed above the signature line.
What we do not promise
- This site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, or free of errors.
- We do not promise the information it fills in is correct, which is why you must check the form before signing.
- We do not promise your application will be accepted.
Responsibility
- We are not responsible for what anyone does with this site. If someone uses it to break the law, that is their act.
- If your misuse of this site causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the cost of defending it.
- To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Pulido Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
General
- These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas.
- We may update these terms. The version shown when you submit is the one that applies to you.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
